In this free 15-minute discovery call, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll share a bit about yourself and the challenges you’re facing, and I’ll introduce myself and my approach to art therapy. I’ll explain how we can use creativity to address your concerns and answer any questions you may have. It’s the perfect first step to see if art therapy is right for you.
