1. Services and Scope
Making Art Heals provides individual and group online expressive art therapy sessions designed to help heal heartbreak and emotional pain through creative expression. Services are offered exclusively online and include various forms of art such as painting, dancing, sculpting, writing, acting, and music-making.

2. Fees and Payments

Advance Payment: Payment for all sessions and packages must be made in advance.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via major credit cards or secure online payment methods.

Discontinuation of Service: Should you discontinue service mid-program, no refunds will be provided.

>> Cancellation Policy:​
Under extenuating circumstances (e.g., severe illness or loss), mid-package cancellations may be requested. A $50 cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are available for unused sessions if requested within 30 days of the initial transaction.

Credit for Unused Sessions: Unused session credits may be applied to future sessions within one year of the last used session or transferred to another person upon written notice via email.

3. Session Procedure and Scheduling

Joining Sessions: Please join video call sessions punctually using the provided link. We’ll guide you through art exercises using materials available to you.

Scheduling and Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. In emergencies requiring same-day rescheduling, contact us via email for possible accommodations.

Session Availability: We respond to emails Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

4. Client Responsibility and Conduct
To foster a positive experience, we expect clients to:

Join sessions on time via the provided Zoom link.

Pay session fees in advance.

Accept full responsibility for their own well-being and decisions made during the program.

Understand that our services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, though referrals to licensed professionals are available upon request.

5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Participants agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during sessions. This includes:

Session Content: Personal information, discussions, and artwork shared by the facilitator or other participants.

Facilitator Materials: Techniques, methods, prompts, and exercises are for personal use only and may not be disclosed, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Exceptions to confidentiality include information that:
