Art for Stressed out Teens:

Interventions for navigating today’s storms

Making art that cannot be easily evaluated allows teens to lose their self-consciousness for a while by encouraging spontaneity, original thinking and imagination.

This in turns creates a sense of wellbeing, relaxation and calmness. 

In this context, learning, reflection and transformation can occur: art starts working and creating cures.

Teens will enjoy these amusing workshops while they explore different types of media such as collage, painting, drawing, sculpture, digital, tattoo and more, in a space free of criticism.

Art therapy can help teens:

  • address issues of climate anxiety

  • develop healthy coping mechanisms

  • transform their thinking through creativity 

  • express themselves in innovative ways

  • perceive the power of the creative process

  • have fun making art
