In the first session we'll discuss your needs and goals, how art making can help you heal and how it can support your emotional well-being. You will also engage in a brief creative activity to experience the method firsthand. It's a safe, no-pressure way to discover if this method is right for you and explore your next steps.

In the following sessions, whether you’re navigating the pain of a separation, breakup, divorce, or death, I’ll guide you through a deep exploration of your feelings, emotions and thoughts using art therapy to help you process it all. Each session is designed to address emotional wounds like grief, anger, loss and self-worth through therapeutic art exercises that nurture your soul.​ You'll use creative expression to release tension, gain insight into your healing journey and begin to manage what is happening in a safe and supportive environment.

Each art making activity will be uniquely tailored to your specific state, helping you process complex feelings, rebuild your sense of self, and envision your future with clarity. You'll also gain access to self-paced exercises that you can work on at your own time.
